SeniorCare Organizational Systems (SeniorSOS) provides guidance, information, and professional assistance to individuals who act as Caregivers to the elderly. The website receives frequent visits from people searching for advice and information about being a Caregiver, or from individuals seeking communication with other people who are having or have had similar experiences.

The Organization sought assistance from a qualified firm to develop a new website for the online function of the organization.

BCT worked with the SeniorSOS team in order to create a system that would allow for instant communication between site members, communication among experts and individuals seeking advice, Web 2.0 features (such as forums and profiles), the ability to customize information, and more. This is an ongoing project that is focused on usability, accessibility, and scalability.
