The system designed by BCT for ERI needed to accommodate rapid growth and expansion. Moreover, the system needed to provide a quick and easy way to manage clients and track a variety of business transactions, including orders, deliveries, and pick-ups. With the reporting feature staff and administration can view, track, edit, and print client reports. Authorized users can view when purchases were made or how much of an item was delivered.

Users can update the system easily and efficiently to create new client profiles, edit information or transactions, and manage ERI employees. This system acts as a network of clients, administration, and staff that simplifies day to day processes.
