This is our Standard Return Policy. Items covered by this policy (those products for which BCT states "This item may be returned for a replacement or refund within 60 days only") must be returned to BCT within 60 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply. "Return" constitutes receipt of the product by BCT, and not the mere issuance of an RMA.

This is our Standard Service Refund Policy. Items covered by this policy are those which are service related (labor, phone service, Internet, etc). Any service which has been paid for but has not been used (for example, pre-paying for a monthly service which that month has not happened or paying for consulting service which has not been used) will be refunded 100%.
