Monica joined the BCT team as an Administrative Assistant in 2010. She is actively working on various HR projects and is also helping the sales team perform cold calls. Monica is anxious to learn and is always looking for new ways to incorporate her major into her work. She is currently a Junior at California State University, Fresno obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Communications and a Minor in Business Administration.
In her spare time, Monica enjoys spending time with her dog, Maya, friends and family. Her hobbies include: traveling, working out, reading, watching movies, going out to eat and shopping.
