Eric is Founder and President of BCT Consulting, Inc. Established in 1996, BCT is one of California's most advanced network consulting firms with more than 1200 clients. The state-of-the-art network control center of communications, data and voice technology allow BCT to provide a premium service without a huge cost to their clients.
Eric was also instrumental in the development and creation of Addicted.com as Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer. This site provides online support for addicts in an anonymous environment, as the #1 addiction recovery website in the world.
Eric has a degree in Business Administration – Information Technology from California State University, Fresno and as an Alumni, has participated on the Sid Craig School of Business Internship Advisory Board, presented entrepreneur speeches in the Alice Peters Auditorium, and has been asked to judge Elevator Pitch Competitions in the Lyles Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
Eric participates in Mayor Ashley Swearengin's Technology Affinity group, which focuses on bringing innovative, state-of-the-art technology businesses and jobs to the Central Valley. In addition, Eric sits on the board of the International Green Industry Hall of Fame and the Business Advisory Counsil at California State University, Fresno. Previously, Eric was a board member of the Healthy Marriage Coalition of Fresno County.
Throughout most of his life, Eric was actively involved in Scouting and obtained the Eagle Scout Award (the highest Scouting Award available) in 1994. Eric was elected as a Board of Director onto the Gerald Rawn Scholarship Foundation in the late 90's and currently provides leadership in the ongoing creation of scholarships for fellow Scouts in Troop 436 of Hollister, California.
