Craig Watson works as a Help Desk Technician in our Technical Department. He answers calls, assists with troubleshooting and helps manage the backup servers for clients. His favorite aspect of BCT is the great team of co - workers he assists with on a daily basis.
After growing up in Yakima, WA, Craig moved to Fresno to attend the ITT Technical Institute. He recently graduated with honors from ITT Tech’s Computer Network Systems Program and earned his AS degree. Craig is returning to ITT Tech in the fall to pursue his bachelor’s degree. In his spare time, he loves to play basketball.
