Alex is BCT's PBX (Private Branch Exchange) Administrator. He helps manage the VoIP network which includes: installing and configuring phone systems, networking, setting up servers and supporting clients. He is originally from Hanford, CA, and he attended West Hills College in nearby Lemoore. He is also currently working on obtaining his MCSE and MCDBA certifications. Prior to joining our team, Alex worked as a computer technician, a support specialist, a crystal report developer, and a database administrator. Alex enjoys the team here at BCT and amazing clients.
In his spare time, Alex enjoys martial arts, snowboarding, jet skiing, and riding roller coasters. He also likes to write, hang out with friends, and answer computer-related questions on forums and in chat rooms.
