Alan is BCT's Vice President of Sales, and he works to expand our VoIP customer base through a consultative client relationship process. As the head of the Sales team, Alan develops and implements new sales strategies, streamlines procedures, manages other sales engineers, and ensures that the department's day-to-day operations continue to positively impact each client.
Prior to joining our team, Alan worked for numerous local, national, and international companies for over 20 years. He has worked in a variety of industries, including business, information, and financial services.
In his spare time, Alan enjoys spending time with his family, playing basketball with friends, and studying self defense. Alan recently advanced to a third-degree Elite Black Belt in the Seieido Self Defense system.
