Jeff Richmond is Senior Web Developer & Designer at BCT Consulting. He has over 7 years of
programming and web design experience, working for various types of software companies, from small consulting
firms to large bay area software companies.
Jeff is a strong proponent of adhering to web standards and accessibility when building websites. Web standards
have many benefits
from improving the speed of the site to easier maintenance to improved search engine ranking. Jeff also reads
articles and blogs on a daily basis to keep up to date on the latest technologies and trends in the web design
industry.
Jeff married his wife, Janie Richmond, in 2002. In his free time, he enjoys playing soccer, watching movies
and playing computer games. He also built and maintains his
church's website.
Jeff graduated in December of 2002 from
Sonoma State
University, with a degree in Computer Science.
